A really enjoyable and practical way for learning Bishul and other connected melachos of Shabbos in the kitchen. Rebbetzen Stefanskys positive outlook can make Shabbos so much easier. A nice group atmosphere and you even get to gain some recipe and cooking tips.

Shabbos in the kitchen has improved my knowledge and focus on what is permitted in the kitchen on shabbos. The course is fun but at the same time clear, useful and concise. Examples and ideas are shared by the group giving another dimension to new dishes and menus.

It was a real eye-opener to do the course to learn how many מלאכות are involved in serving and preparing a shabbos meal. Some examples are סחיטה דישה and מעבד. What I also found interesting to learn and hadn't known exactly how to go about was adding mayo / oil ( לישה ) to mashed egg, liver and tuna. It was a very necessary course and I can see now how important it is to go through these הלכות regularly. Now that we all have completed our work book we can look up the halochos when in doubt.

This course equips you to deal with shbs in the kitchen so efficiently! It enhances one's shmiras shbs in a beautiful way. One feels empowered by the knowledge amassed whilst doing this very practical and well presented course, The pictures bring real life examples and makes it easier to understand. . . A very worthwhile investment!
Thank you for your wonderful classes. It had been a privilege to attend your vibrant and positive sessions. For me, the paradigm of Hilchos Shabbos has shifted away from a long list of do's and don'ts (which needed to be memorised = lost case) to a group of simple concepts that can easily be applied to most situations. I have moved away from "I'm anyway doing it wrong" to "I've got this and am probably doing this right"!

What an eye opener of a course; Shabbos in the kitchen has really taught me a lot!
Good morning. Just wanted to thank you again for the course. Really enjoyed it . Didn’t know what to expect. Learning Halacha can at times be quite dry but you bring it all to life with clear , practical, real examples. And you teach it in such a warm , jolly , non- judgmental manner .😍 it became fun and not just important.

It's just amazing!
I really think of what we have learnt throughout shabbos. This past shabbos I realised I better use a bigger towel for the water that spilt and the towel rack in the bathroom took all the towels off when it was hot!
The booklet is brilliant the pictures, stickers and writing it down helps me remember it well!

I learnt so much from both Rochel Stefansky’s “Shabbos in the Kitchen” and “Shabbos Morning Saga”. Rachel is an amazing educator and has a unique way of teaching which is very engaging, informative and fun. I recommend this course to everyone, whether you have good knowledge of Hilchos Shabbos or are new to it. There is something for everyone to learn and improve their Hilchos Shabbos.
